Under the Investment Management Agreement, DBS Asset Management (United States) Pte. Ltd., a corporation organized on June 9, 1990, acts as the Fund's Investment Manager. The Investment Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of DBS Asset Management Limited, which is, in turn, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Development Bank of Singapore, 43.81% of the capital stock of which is owned indirectly by the Republic of Singapore through government investment holding companies. The Investment Manager is registered as an investment advisory firm under the U.S. Investment Advisors Act of 1940, as amended. Affiliates of the Investment Manager managed funds and accounts with approximately US$20.9 billion as of March 31, 2010. Portfolio Manager:
Effective May 26, 2010, Mr. Teo Chon Kiat, who had been the alternate portfolio manager, assumed the day-to-day management of the Fund replacing Mr. Kam Yoke Meng. Chon Kiat has been with DBS Asset Management Ltd. since 1998 managing institutional and retail funds.
